The company was formed in January 1990, following many years of supplying labour only to numerous companies.
We have acquired a wealth of experience within the industry and are approved suppliers and installers of the following leading manufacturers cladding systems Kingspan, Wards, Euroclad, Corus, Gasell and Rigidal.
We have been involved in the installation of various cladding systems from the standard Site Assembled Double Skin Cladding to Secret-Fix roofs, Aluminium Standing Seam roofs and Composite Panels roofs with numerous wall cladding systems, i.e. Architectural Composite Panels, Site Assembled Double Skin, all in either vertical or horizontal orientation together with P.P.C. Aluminium Bullnoses, Rainscreen Systems, Soffits and Curved Towers and in some cases complete with integral double glazing and doors, all to achieve the current ‘U’ values and Building Regulations.
The majority of the materials come complete with material/manufacturers guarantees up to 25 years (dependant on materials and locations etc), even 40 years on Aluminium products.
Standard cladding can normally be delivered to site within 10 – 14 days from receipt of order (subject to profiles). Flashings are 2 – 7 days.
We have been a member of the N.F.R.C. (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) since September 1995 and value their support at all times for this ever-demanding industry. Furthermore the N.F.R.C. is the only association approved by the manufacturers of profiled cladding.
Contracts are varied and range from small maintenance work of £250 to new warehouses of £750,000. These are in a wide area spread across the country for numerous Main Contractors many of which we have a longstanding history with, (Contracts List).
We constantly strive to achieve the right price for the ever-changing competitive market, all of which can be controlled by ourselves to the client’s requirements.
Priority on a project varies, ranging from the “complete client satisfaction & value for money,” to projects finishing on programme and especially “an accident free site.”
The company enjoys a challenge and have excellent supplier/client relations and believe reliability, professional expertise together with the friendly personal attention are qualities that have been the key to our success over the years.
PERSONNEL
We employ our own direct labour force, all having an extensive range of experience on the various systems available, all are highly trained and fully qualified, i.e. CSCS, NVQ2 – CITB Health & Safety Tested together with IPAF (access equipment), Slinger/Signallers for cranes and Telescopic Forklift drivers, together with all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). We also use Sub-Contractor labour where required, all personally vetted to ascertain their workmanship, due to the Company’s high standards.
We have fully experienced office personnel to assist with all aspects of a project from Contracts Managers, Design Co-ordinators, Estimators, together with AutoCAD operatives in the drawing department, who produce fully detailed drawings for each project.
